Our MD Derek Caswell is a well-known figure in the industry for over 30 years. As MD of Kraft Foods, He led the integration of the Cadbury & Kraft businesses to form Mondelez. Post integration, He left to take up the position of CEO – Brakes Ireland, a major foodservice distribution company. He joined BR Marketing in 2015 to lead the continued strategic development of the company. Derek has been involved in many industry bodies over the years He has held board positions with Food & Drink Industry of Ireland, the Irish Hospitality Institute, Irish Foodservice Suppliers Alliance & the Catering Equipment Association. He is a also a member of the Institute of Directors and is the Chairman of the Hospitality Trust of Ireland

Gordon Kennedy  is the Head of BR’s Foods Gordon has spent 9 years in the industry and was previously Commercial Manager for Simply Wild and subsequently Wholefoods.
He was a leading player in developing the Health & Wellness strategy with MRPI. He developed relevant H&W brands & drove distribution into the convenience & impulse channel through a team of representatives and through the effective management of a van sales operation

Alan Finn is the Head of Healthcare in BR. Alan has 16 years experience in the Irish healthcare sector, managing leading VMS & OTC brands.
Previously Alan was Pharmacy Marketing & Key Accounts Manager in Kelkin Ltd for 13 years & more recently Sales & Marketing Manager for 3 years in Valeo Healthcare. Alan holds an Hons. Degree in marketing & an MBA from John Moore University in Liverpool. Alan is a council member of the Irish Health Trade Association.

Anne McInerney  is our Head of Marketing in BR. Anne has been with the business for over 13 years and joined us from the BWG group where she was Marketing Manager.

Anne has an in-depth knowledge of the grocery, impulse/ convenience sectors and is instrumental in developing strategies and activities for our brands, to win in those sectors.

Deirdre Wallace is our Head of Business Operations. Deirdre joined BR from Novartis, where she was BFE for the Oncology Division. Prior to that Deirdre held a no. of positions with Kraft Foods, the last of which was as Business Operations Manager. Deirdre has strong IT background and was responsible for leading our SAP implementation in BR.

William Rochford

is one of the founders of the company. A marketing graduate, William was instrumental in identifying brands which could be developed in the Irish market, bringing  them into the business and developing brand leading market positions with them.

Those original brands are still part of the portfolio today, a testament to the success achieved for the brand owners by BR Marketing.

One of our first brands Kuhne, awarded BR Marketing a lifetime achievement award in 2017 for achieving the highest per capita sales for the brand, outside its home country, Germany.
